how long does a job typically take?
Roofing takes a day or two to remove the existing roof and put on a new one. If you have interior damage, we do those repairs after the roof is completed and may take a few days more.
do you offer a guarantee?
Absolutely! THE SKYFALL GROUP offers a 5 year labor warranty on roof replacement. The shingle manufacturers we represent offer their own warranties on the products themselves, typically lifetime.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Definitely! We will meet with your insurance company's adjuster to make sure all necessary items are included to repair or replace your roof properly. We'll also make sure the adjuster looks at items such as screens, gutters, fencing, etc. which may otherwise be overlooked. Then, we will work within your insurance company's scope to do the work.
What if something gets missed?
Sometimes things are missed by an adjuster. But more often, there are hidden "surprises" that can only be found once your roof has been started. For instance, older houses may have board planking instead of decking, excessive gaps between boards, or code violations. We will take care of any supplements needed to complete your job.
Do I need all the money up front to get started?
No. Insurance companies usually pay with two checks. The first check gets the work started. The second check is issued when the work is completed. No worries, we'll be there to walk you through the process.
Do you offer referral incentives?
You bet! Simply recommend us to a friend, neighbor, or family member and if they replace their roof, we'll send you a $250 referral fee as a thank you for trusting us enough to recommend us.
